If we start exploring movies through good directors and actors, we have a chance of stumbling upon great movies. Then, all we have to do is talk about them and praise them so that they get the right attention. Here we have collected a list of really good but underrated Hindi movies that are available on Netflix.

SIR (2018)

Chaman Bahaar

Chaman Bahar is a one-sided love story of a Paan wala who falls in love with a school girl living right in front of his shop. This simple and realistic story will make you think twice before you hit on someone.

Billion Colour Dreams is an Hindi/ English language Black and White movie. A young boy observes the world with his family as they face problems as Muslims living in Hindu community. Peepli Live

Peepli Live is a satirical comedy towards the 'rough and ready' government schemes to uplift the poor and media channels who care hungry of creating 'so called breaking stories'. One of the two poor farmer brother decides to end his life as government provides 1 Lakh compensation to the family of such. When media finds about it, they compete against each other by manipulating the story. Despite the serious storyline, the movie has been portrayed in a hilariously comic way.

Ankhon Dekhi

Bauji sets on a journey to find his truth. That truth is either what is considered to be the truth or that what you have 'seen' to be true. He goes for the second. He declares he's only going to believe in what he sees. Ankhon Dehki is a philosophical movie, a genre not too much witnessed in Bollywood. Slow execution, realistic not dramatic performances with hidden meanings  might not be everyone's cup of tea. But if a realist art genre enthuses you, don't miss it.
